Camas High School has carried a tradition of excellence in athletics for many years. There are many many awards and accomplishments that the Camas High School Athletic program can be proud of.

Athletics can play a big role in the development of a student athlete’s life skills. Athletics teach discipline, team work, social skills, and keeps our youth healthy and active. » Student Athletic Policies & Required Forms

An athlete must have a current physical (good for two years from the date of the exam), a concussion form, a medical emergency form, and must have purchased his/her ASB card and paid the athletic fee before the first practice. Some sports have try-outs for the team and in that case the ASB card and fee must be paid when the athlete makes the team.

In order for the athlete to self-carry and self-administer medication for asthma or severe allergies the Authorization for Administration of Medication Form must be completed by the licensed health care provider and the parent/legal guardian.

All completed forms are to be turned in a the Athlete Office.
