Manufacturing Day is October 6^th, 2016.  SW Washington STEM and PIC (Partners in Careers) are organizing a local manufacturing outreach event.  They have invited up to 30 students from Camas to attend the event and plan to have about 300 total from around the region. The event will be informational and is intended to provide students with an idea of local manufacturing careers, potential connections for employment after high school, and information on educational pathways towards careers in manufacturing.  The event will begin approximately at 10am to run to 11:30 and includes lunch for attendees.  The intended audience are interested 11^th and 12^th grade students.  Contact Mr. Williams (kelly.williams@camas.wednet.edu) as soon as possible or stop by room 504 to sign up to attend this event.
